In original packaging

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you receive the wrong item, damaged goods, or missing items, contact us at jake@freesolfarm.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
